Contemporary Design Celebrated in Toronto
HOSS magazine was proud to sponsor Toronto's largest public festival, The King East Design District (KEDD) Lifestyle Fair, which recently wrapped up after a successful showing on Saturday, Sept. 26.
A celebration of contemporary design, KEDD was curated for charity with proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity. Installations curated by top local artists spanned the neighbourhood, transforming King Street from Church to Parliament and surrounding areas into an inspiring art and design community.
Participants enjoyed the al fresco market dining area, furnished by Andrew Richard Designs, set along Ontario Street and put their artist skills to the test at the massive painting installation on Frederick Street with the help of George Brown College's School of Design.
Installations were provided by well-known industry members including Glen Peloso and Jamie Alexander, DesignAgency and Gina Godfrey, to name a few.
